Basic Maid Cleaning Package
1. General Areas
o Dust furniture, pictures, knick-knacks
o Lamps, bulbs, etc.
o Cobwebs
o Dust baseboards
o Dust ceiling fans/sills and ledges
o Dust window blinds
o Clean television screens
o Wipe wood tables/chairs with pledge
o Vacuum/mop floors
2. Bathroom(s)
o Clean and disinfect tub, toilet,
shower, shower doors, and sink
o Sweep and mop floor
o Clean mirrors and glass
We use the following list below as a check list to ensure that all services requested are provided. Feel free to print out a copy for your records. All packages can be customized to meet your needs, although additional charges may apply.
3. Kitchen
o Wash sink (not dishes)
o Clean counter tops
o Wipe outside cabinet doors
o Wipe outside of appliances
o Sweep and mop floor
o Load and run dishwasher
o Clean outside of microwave
o Collect and take out trash
o Wipe stainless steel appliances
o Wipe down outside of stove & refrigerator
4. Bedroom(s)
o Dust- ledges, shelves, etc.
o Make bed
o Closets-sweep, mop or vacuum
o Floors-sweep, mop or vacuum
The following services are not included in this package: Organizing, moving of items (e.g. Furniture, boxes, etc.), cleaning inside cabinets and microwaves or cleaning under items and furniture. Steam Cleaning available upon request.
