This package is ideal for post construction or a rehab home or office. We use the following list below as a check list to ensure that all services requested are provided. Feel free to print out a copy for your records. All packages can be customized to meet your needs.


1. General Areas

o        Lamps, bulbs, etc.
o        Clean under the furniture
o        Cobwebs
o        Dust baseboards
o        Dust walls/ceiling fans
o        Window sills and ledges
o        Dust window blinds
o        Clean television screens
o        Wipe wood with Pledge
o        Remove fresh paint
          from floors & ledges
o        Vacuum/mop floors
o        Wash inside of Windows

2. Bathroom(s)
o        Clean and disinfect tub, toilet,
          shower, shower doors, and sink

3. Kitchen
